You can report a claim by calling our 24-hour claims service center at 1.877.248.9015 or contacting your Houston General agent. Our claims staff can also assist you with:
- Emergency roadside assistance (including towing services)
- Auto glass replacement or repair
- Questions about an existing claim
- Reporting a suspicious claim
- Questions about identity theft
Our Quality Service Pledge
We pledge to:
- Contact you promptly after you report a loss, and to answer promptly all phone calls and correspondence
- Treat you courteously and professionally at all times
- Issue your check within 7 days after settling the claim
If we fail to live up to our pledge in any way, please send a letter documenting the circumstances and requesting a refund of your deductible (up to $500),
